The Re-Mobilizers collects and stores a certain amount of personal information. This includes name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and any other information that you provide that allows us to communicate with you. It may also include information about your insurance, physician, diagnosis, your special needs and circumstances, and/or equipment and services we previously supplied. Any information that you provide is voluntary.

Usage and Analytic Data

We may collect website data in order to evaluate how the website is being used. This is for internal use only, for such purposes as troubleshooting and enhancing the functionality of the site.

Use of Private Information

The Re-Mobilizers adheres to all governmental privacy regulations and guidelines, including those set forth by HIPAA. Specifically, user information will be used for

• Filling customer orders and effecting repairs.
• Shipping and monitoring orders.
• Facilitating needed follow-up on orders, delivery, returns, service, warranty, scheduling, other customer support services, and to assess customer satisfaction
• Billing the customer and/or insurance or agencies processing payments.

Updating Information

You are encouraged to update your information with us when it changes. You may also request that the information be modified or deleted. To do either, email that request to remobilizers@gmail.com. Prior to updating or deletion, we may contact you for clarification.

Security

We are very careful to secure your private information. The office is never left unattended without being securely locked. Motion-sensor cameras are installed and monitored regularly via iPhone. Personnel is trained on security of personal information. Filing cabinets containing customer files are locked. And our computer is password-protected, with the password being changed periodically.

Our site may use cookies. Most web browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Please note, however, that certain features of the site might not function if you delete or disable cookies. THE SITE’S COOKIES DO NOT AND CANNOT INFILTRATE A USER’S HARD DRIVE TO COLLECT ANY INFORMATION STORED ON THE HARD DRIVE.

Protect Your Data

Remember always to protect your own data. This means using a secure password and changing it every few months and not using a password you use on other websites. Keep passwords, username, location, images, and videos that you submit safe from third-party identity theft or account manipulation.
